    3.Product Description:The insole fiber bending tester is mainly used for the bending property test of the insole fiber of leather shoes, casual shoes and hiking shoes, not including the insole fiber with special requirements. The sample would do square bending test continuously until it crack. Record the bending times when the insole fiber crack and use the times as the foundation of the bending resistance property.

    4.The Fixture::The fixture consists of upper fixture and lower fixture.

    The angle of the upper fixture is 90±1 degree. The bending frequency is 60±10 times/min (one time for left and right).

    The weight of lower fixture (including the weights) is 2±0.01kg.

    The counter can record the bending times when sample crack. The machine would stop automatically when all samples crack.


    5.Testing Steps:Put the sample into the upper fixture and let the long side perpendicular to the water level and the clamp length is about 15mm.Put the fiber with the same thickness into the another side of the upper fixture.

    Put the lower fixture on another side of the sample and the clamp length would be 10mm.

    Clear the counter and begin the test until all samples crack.
