1.production information
This production line mainly produces all kinds of magnesium oxide
boards,they can be used for ceiling,wall skirting,decorating of
indoor wall and lining board for furniture .It can replace
three-ply ,five-ply board ,flakboard ,MDF(medium density
fiberboard)and Gypsum Board .
2.product features
The product manufactured by this equipment has following
features:fireproof,waterproof,environmental protection and no
toxicity,at the same time it is resistant against acide and
aging.this product can be nailed ,planed,sawed and sticked.In view
of that its fireproofing grade A ,so our product will not be
combusitble when the fire is 800-1000 C.at the same time ,when our
product is fell into the water for a week, there are not the
following phenomenon such as chalking ,deformation and warp.In
light of there is not glue in the raw materials.so thereis not
formaldehyde and benzene for our boards .
3. Raw material and cos analysis
the product is formed with crushed crop straw or sawdust and some
inorganic chemical materials at one time after roller-extruding.
the source of raw materials is widely and they are purchased easily
for customers.Take specification of 1.20m*2.40m*8mm as example in
China.

will. the standard specification of the board is 1.22m*2.44m.
