2. Application

The DDTE037 outdoor integrated walled mounted / pole mounted power system cabinet is widely used in wireless communication base station, such as 3G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.

3. Description

3.1 Structure

The cabinet is made of hot dip galvanized steel. It is easy for installation and with perfect sealing performance.

Compartment: The DDTE037 outdoor integrated walled mounted or pole mounted power system cabinet is with one compartment and one front door. The lock is theftproof lock.

Door and Door Lock: The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is larger than 110° and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theftproof three point lock, supports padlock. There’s open door alarm sensor, which works together with the environment monitoring unit.

Cabinet Size: 300mm×300mm×600mm (W×D×H)

4. Features

4.1 Ventilation and Filter

• At the air inlet of the vent, it is welded with 1mm thick and 16 mesh stainless steel mesh, preventing insects and rodent. At the inner side of the vent, it is 10mm thick and 30ppi dust filter. The filter mesh is folded together with the fold type support mesh, and the filter is fixed inside the aluminum frame. The whole dust filter is with modular design, easy for maintenance.
• It is anti-corrosion and water proof, and with the function of preventing rain from flowing into the structure for the second time. There are shutter which has 35° angle with the cabinet vertical surface. Rain water will flow along the shutter. In addition, the structure design at the vent can prevent rain for the second time.

4.2 Grounding

The cabinet include grounding copper bar, 4mm thick, with 2×M6 flare-in nuts, 2×M8 flare-in nuts. The grounding bar is nickel plated. The screw is made from copper bar and with passivation surface treatment.
