For big size electronics cleanroom the air flow rate is quite large, in order to meet the high air volume requirements, the HEPA filters should be more filter area; normally deep pleated HEPA filter cannot offer enough filter area for that. The high volume HEPA filter is V cell design that can maximize the filter area and mini pleated design also enlarge the filter area. For examples, the 610*610*292mm 5V design high volume HEPA filter, filter area reach to 40㎡.
