This machine adopts servo driven system, PLC control design and HIM program.

The indexing is driven by 7 sets of servo system. Different lacing mode could be set such as slot lacing, interval lacing, and fancy lacing.

Main spindle adopts servo control system. The rotation speed can be set.

Two needles driven by servo system lace upper and lower coil simultaneously.

Stack height adjustment and both coil end height adjustment are automatic by servo control.

Machine can automatically feed thread and cut thread.

It has a function of auto knotting and auto lubrication.

Tooling change is fast and convenient. Stator stack length range is 18-150mm.

Lacing tension can be set,

Production capacity ≤1sec/stitch

Should be no copper wire snap and wire enamel broken.

Primary qualification rate ≥98.5%, after rework, the rate ≥99.5%

his machine adopts safety grating protection system. Operator need to stand when operating.

Machine adopts two hands simultaneously start button to ensure safety.

1. Adapting industrial PLC, human-computer interface and horizontal frame-structure design, the servo system machine accurately controls the lacing action.

2. Different lacing methods such as slot-by-slot lacing, interval lacing and fancy lacing are programmable.

3. This machine is suitable for the big stator with high winding over-hang.

4. The tooling is movable and convenient for stator fast loading and unloading, hence to reduce the labor strength effectively.
