Pulp Molding Production makes use of waste papers, cardboards,
leftover materials of paper mill to form a certain concentration
pulp using pulpers, which is absorbed by vacuum to designed metal
molding to become wet products. After drying, the products are
shaped to final products.
Main equipment:
1. Pulp molding system: hydrapulper, vibration screen, sand
eliminator, pulp pump
2. Forming system: molding machine, vaccum pump, air compressor
3. Drying system: blowser, combustion engine
4. Stacking system: stacker
