Chain block maintenance methods:

1.After use chain block should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil, stored in a dry place.

2. Maintenance and repair organised who should be more familar with hoist to prevent the one who is not understand the priciple of the machine performance of free disassembly.

3.Chain hoist after cleaning maintenance, load test should be carried out to confirm working, reliable braking can be delivered.

4.The brake friction surfaces must be kept clean, brake parts should be regularly check, prevent brake failure occured in the matter since the fall phenomenon.
