Taesin 5 Axis CNC Machining Center has been through complete FEM
analysis, which ensures high rigidity and precision. The symmetric
cast iron frame has good effect on minimizing thermal deformation.
Stable precision machining and accurate positioning machining can
be easy achieved.
Taesin 5 Axis CNC Machining Center has the large machine bed
casting, which is good for high cutting performance, long-term
accuracy and damping against vibration. The large-size and
symmetrically designed bed structure can keep the machine in good
geometries and uniform thermal characteristics.
The optimal leveling system gives the pinpoint support for the
workload and cutting capability. The design insures facilitates
optimized leveling, uniform loading on the leveling pads, less
deviation in loading, better support to the structure, enhanced
straightness and accuracy, more stability during motion as well as
providing smooth, quick, stable axis motion.
Taesin 5 Axis CNC Machining Center tilting rotary table has been
newly developed to increase reliability and eliminate redundancy.
It is driven by direct drive motors to achieve rapid and accurate
positioning as well as smooth interpolation motion. The cradle
where the pallet is mounted is supported by the large diameter
rotor bearing on the motor side and by a high rigid bearing on the
other side.
Coolant is circulated in the B/C-axis motors and bearings to
minimize the impact of thermal displacement. The pallet clamp
system employs a highly reliable air release method. Strong
clamping force further increases cutting capacity.
