Product Description:
The oil and water separation filter core is mainly designed for the
separation of oil and water. It contains two kinds of filter
elements, namely: the filter element and the separation filter
element. For example, in the oil removal system, the oil flow into
the coalescence separator, first flows through the coalescence
filter core, the coalescence filter core filter solid impurities,
and the small water droplets coalesced into larger water beads.
Most of the water droplets after coalescence can be separated and
removed from oil by gravity and sink into the sink.
The oil products then flow through the separation filter core,
because the separation filter core has good hydrophobicity and
hydrophobicity, thus further separating water, and finally, clean,
unwater oil flow out of the coalescence separator. The oil first
enters the lower part of the shell of the filter, then flows
through the filter core from the outside, then the coarser

filter core tray, the coalescence separator is discharged from the

filter core has been blocked and should be replaced. Oil from the
coalescer inlet into the first stage tray, and then diverted into
the first stage of the filter core, through the filtration,
demulsification, water molecules grow up and coalescing, the
impurities are intercepted in the first order filter core, the
coalescing water drops into the sedimentation tank, and the oil
products enter the two stage filter core from the outside, and
gather in the two stage pallet, from the accumulation. The exit of

core has a hydrophobicity, the oil can pass smoothly, and the free
water is blocked out of the filter core, flowing into the
sedimentation tank and discharging through the discharge valve.
