PVC Single-Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
PVC Single-walled Corrugated Pipe based on PVC as the main raw
material, made by extrusion blow molding. A new product developed
in 1970s. PVC Single-walled Corrugated Pipe uses its ring groove
structure to have both rigid PVC Pipe’s rigidity and hose’s
flexibility, so that the pipe has the characteristics of soft
within rigid. It can be used to transport certain liquids and gases
and as embedded wire casing.
HDPE Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
HDPE Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe is a new pipe with a ring
structure outer wall and smooth inner wall. It was first develop
successfully in the early 80s in Germany. After more than 10 years
of development and improvement, it has been very mature in the
production process and the use of technology. Because of its
excellent performance and relatively economical cost, it has great
promoted and widely used in Europe and the United States and other
developed countries. In China, HDPE Double-wall corrugated pipe’s
promotion and application is in the uptrend stage, and the
technical indicators have reached the use of standards. Double wall
corrugated pipe wall color is usually blue and black; some brands
will use the yellow wall.

Control system: this Single-wall & Double-wall corrugated pipe line canbe adopts
Siemens professional PLC control system, 15 "large color touch
screen human-machine interface, high automation, reliable running,
easy operation, remote communication function which can realize
remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.
Extruder: High speed and efficiency single screw extruder/ twin screw
extruder is specially designed for extrude PP PE/PVC material.
Grooved barrel, equipped with the lower noise blower, high speed
and hard gear reducer. The inner and outer layers of the corrugated
pipe are independently fed material by two extruders. It can make
the inner and outer layers produce different material and guarantee
high efficiency extrusion. We can also use one extruder to produce
same color, same material corrugated pipe, that to save the cost of
machine.
Corrugator forming machine: Corrugator forming machine is adopted horizontal structure with
chain type transmission, equipped with open water cooling system
also with cooling blower system. It greatly increases the
production speed. Mold Blocks moving adopts advanced synchronous
upper and lower mechanical drive system. It assures moving accuracy
and plastic pipe quality stability. Advanced self-lubricating
system makes the forming molds and mold plates abrasions minimize
and greatly extend the service life.
Die head: The die head has two structures: Independent extrusion structure
and co-extrusion structure.the extrusion die head has two channel
structure, nitriding and polishing handling, special designed mouth
molds, suitable for different material and different ring stiffness
pipe production. The die head has water and air circular system
respectively and form the double wall corrugated pipe by cooling
water. The special molds structure assures the inner and outer
layer wall thickness even and forming stability.
Cutting machine: By electrical, pneumatic joint control, it can make smooth pipe
incision, dustless cutting, simple and sensitive operation becomes
true. It can implement fixed- length automatically cutting which
matched over loading fixed-length equipment.
