Process:
The cold rolled welded tube is produced by drawing ERW (electric
resistance welded tube).During this process the sizing (wall
thickness, inside and outside diameter), as well as weld integrity
and surface finish is closely controlled to produce tube of the
required size and mechanical property characteristics.
Packaging Details:
Original packaging according to the customers Export standard
package in bundled or as required.
It both ends protected with plastic net Or wooden boxes according
to length and destination
Oiled inside / outside Marking,oil-coating,varnish,end-protection
by plastic caps to be confirmed.
Mill Test Certificate:
The product is supplied with 3.1.B inspection certificate,according
to the standards EN 10204 and ISO 10474.
Payment
30% TT in advance, balance before shippment or B/L at sight.
