Tableware Production Line:
- This is a Semi Automatic Pulp Molding Tableware Production Line,
which consist of a hydrapulper system, a semi automatic forming machine, and
auxiliary equipments.
- The forming machine complete the forming, drying and hot-press
shaping procedures, but it needs labor transfer the wet products to
the hot press mould for drying.
- This machine can apply to manufacture high quality pulp molding
products, such as dinnerware, tableware, dishware, artwork,
disposable medical care products, high-grade electronics products
and etc.
- The products made by our machines are 100% biodegradable and
environmental friendly.

The raw material is the clean virgin paper, like the sugarcane
bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp, wood pulp and etc.

Working Procedures:
Pulping System: Turn clean virgin paper into pulp of certain consistency. Main
equipment: hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pulp pump, water
pump, agitator, etc.
Forming System: When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the
forming machine. With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the
products will be formed on the moulds.
Drying System: After forming, the tranfer moulds will move forward hot press
moulds automatically. The procedures of forming, drying and
hot-press shaping are completed in the forming machine.
