Description:
1. This plastic pelletizing production line is suitable for producing
PVC granules from clean PVC flakes.This machine is composed by
parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger,
cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, silo, and could also be applied
to other material like PET PP PE PA ABS etc.
2. The extruders are specially designed for PET bottles, flakes,
PVC, Plastic sheets and other crushed materials, with good
performance, high output, less power consumption cost per kilogram,
and easy operation.
3. We have different producing lines for various materials production
process, such as plastic recycling, mixing nature-changing, filling
nature-changing, functional machine pellets,colored machine
pellets, intensified glass fibers and carbon fibers, various
cables, special materials, reaction extruding, exhausting and
volatilization,and powder paint.
