We carry out industry-university-research cooperation with Sun Yat-sen University and have a professional R&D team for polymer thin films. We hold multiple software copyrights for coating technology and production quality control to continuously improve the self-healing, anti-yellowing and tensile properties of TPU films.

The factory is equipped with dedicated TPU casting and precision coating lines for clear PPF, headlight film and windshield protection film. All colored TPU PPF is produced with cast-grade casting process. Molten material is extruded evenly and formed on high-precision chill rolls, which brings uniform thickness, low internal stress, stable color saturation, and avoids color difference and haze after long-term exposure to sunlight.

We use imported aliphatic TPU materials from Lubrizol, BASF, Asahi Kasei and SKC, as well as Ashland pressure-sensitive adhesive. Three strict inspection procedures cover incoming raw materials, online production and finished product sampling.

With standardized management, our total annual output exceeds 20 million square meters, capable of fulfilling large bulk export orders with consistent quality and stable delivery.
