Lightneasy operates as a platform intermediary. We do not participate in, guarantee, or assume liability for any transactions between buyers and suppliers.

3. Eligibility

To use Lightneasy, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Be using the Platform for legitimate business purposes
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

• Data Scraping: Using automated tools to extract data from the Platform without authorization
• Harmful Content: Uploading malicious code, viruses, or content that could damage the Platform
• Illegal Activities: Using the Platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of trade regulations
• Circumvention: Attempting to bypass platform verification processes, or security measures

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate access termination and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Lightneasy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of Lightneasy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 User Content

By posting content on Lightneasy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Supplier Verification

Lightneasy offers verification services to help establish supplier credibility:

• Verification Process: Our verification includes business license validation, factory audits, and compliance checks
• Verification Status: Verification badges indicate that a supplier has completed our verification process at a specific point in time
• No Guarantee: Verification does not constitute a guarantee of supplier quality, reliability, or future performance
• Due Diligence: Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into agreements

9. Communication and RFQ

When using our communication and RFQ features:

• RFQ Submissions: RFQs are distributed to relevant suppliers based on matching criteria
• Response Times: While we facilitate connections, we cannot guarantee supplier response times
• Communication Standards: All communications should be professional, accurate, and relevant to business purposes
• Dispute Resolution: Lightneasy may assist in communication disputes but is not liable for their outcomes

Lightneasy is not a party to any agreements formed between users through the Platform. Any contracts or agreements are solely between the participating parties.

10. Disclaimers

Lightneasy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of platform content
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of products or services offered by suppliers

Lightneasy operates as a neutral platform and does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any supplier, product, or service listed on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• No Indirect Damages: Lightneasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Liability Cap: Our total liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
• Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for the actions, products, or services of suppliers or other third parties
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or system failures

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lightneasy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform
• Any transactions or disputes with other users

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You
