The company's core products focus on liquid-solid separation and industrial dust collection, encompassing dust collection nonwoven fabrics, liquid-specific nonwoven fabrics, filter bags, filter cages, and various industrial dust collection equipment accessories.


The company originated as a specialist manufacturer of dust collection filter bags. To enhance product quality control and better serve customers, it subsequently increased investment and expanded production capacity. It now operates from modern factory premises exceeding 30,000 square metres.


The company now possesses a fully automated non-woven fabric production line and a complete set of post-processing equipment. This includes the introduction of carding machines and high-speed web-forming equipment from France's Andritz, alongside China's leading high-speed, high-frequency needle-punching machinery. Post-processing facilities encompass setting and pre-shrinking machines, singeing machines, calendering machines, and laminating machines. The facility is capable of producing various non-woven filter materials ranging from 85 to 1200 GSM, with an annual production capacity of 3.6 million square metres.


The filter bag production line features a fully automated intelligent suspension production line from Sweden's ETON, an automated hot-melt production line for dust collection filter bags, a laser-cutting production line for high-efficiency liquid filter bags, and a laser-cutting production line for plate-and-frame filter cloth. Annual production capacity exceeds one million filter bags.


The filter cage production line incorporates a high-speed welding integrated machine developed by Zhejiang University of Technology, ultrasonic welding equipment, and automated adhesive application systems. Annual production capacity exceeds one million filter cages.


The company maintains stringent control over product quality and research and development. It holds certifications for the ISO Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and After-Sales Service Management System. Concurrently, the company operates a dedicated product research and development centre and has established a collaborative industry-academia-research base for dust filtration materials in partnership with Northeastern University.


The company's primary dust collection filter bag products (PPS, aramid, PTFE, P84, glass fibre and polyester standard temperature series, water filter bags, plate and frame filter cloth, etc.) are now extensively utilised across coal-fired power plants, steelworks, cement production, smelting, asphalt mixing, mining, waste incineration, food processing, sewage treatment and chemical industries.
