FOSHAN SHUNDE HUAMING RENEWABLE ENERGY&TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as DUHM) is a subsidiary of Wotech, which was founded in 2011.

In 2015, Wotech completed shareholding reform and became the 1st heat pump public company in 2016, with stock code 835751.

In 2019, Wotech laboratory is accredited CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and awarded as the "Leading Brand of Heat Pump" by the Chinese Heat Pump Association.

In 2022, Wotech is Certified for PED ( The Pressure Equipment Directive, ESRs), which is compulsory certification for heat pumps in EU market.
