Our company attaches great importance to wire harness processing industry. Our products are sent to many domestic areas and many foreign countries. The products can be used in manufacturing, instrumentation, automobile, factory machinery and other fields.
There are two factories in Shanghai and Qingdao respectively. Shanghai mainly focuses on high-end small batch products, with a plant area of 800 square meters. According to TS16949 standard, Qingdao plant mainly focuses on batch production with a plant area of 4000 square meters. It was put into production in August 2015.Shanghai is our R & D center, Qingdao is our production center.
Our factory has been certified as UL standards, ISO9001, and IAFT16949.
The factory has 15 high-speed automatic machines equipped with cable pressure management device, 40 manual welding equipment, 12 injection molding equipment, automatic USB welding equipment, and other related equipment. During the production process, from cutting line, peeling, making terminal, assembling, visual inspection instrument analysis, welding, and crimping, we always strictly follow the IPC / WHMA - A - 620Bstandard. As a wire harness manufacturer, we are capable of self-inspection, inspecting procedures, testing pulling force, 100% manual inspection, and 100% electrical performance testing, etc…
