3W3 DC Power Cable

The high-power DC power wiring harness is fully enclosed by a galvanized metal housing. The cable shielding mesh is connected to the housing with single-ended grounding to prevent signal wave interference with communication generated by drivers. It adopts turned gold-plated brass terminals featuring ultra-low contact resistance and small temperature rise during long-term current operation. Single pins support optional current:5-40 A, with a voltage withstand of 250 V DC and insulation resistance ≥ 2000 MΩ @ 500 V. The mating cycle life of male and female connectors reaches ≥ 1000 times. Locking screws are fitted on both sides of the connector to ensure firm contact, preventing loosening and arcing under high-current operating conditions.c

This cable is compatible with three-phase DC motors, high-power industrial control equipment, laser equipment, stage lighting equipment for power supply, and energy storage power circuits, etc.
