Molded and Welded casing

This is a stainless steel part we made for a customer that requires molding and welding.

For all welded parts, there will inevitably be weld seams, making it difficult to guarantee the aesthetic appearance of the parts. However, considering the customer's requirement for appearance, we applied a matte black powder coating to the parts, which helped to conceal the weld seams and surface processing marks to some extent, making the parts look very attractive. In terms of production, we always maintain high standards and a strong sense of responsibility for our products. For the customer's requests, we actively discuss and provide satisfactory solutions.
