Pipe end inspection

The outer surface of the pipe from the pipe end to the groove must be clean and smooth, without burrs, dents, bulges (including welds), peeling paint, rolling indentations, etc. It must be inspected before installation to ensure that there are no such things that affect the sealing of the rubber ring. defect.

Check and lubricate rubber rings

Inspect the rubber ring to ensure it is suitable for all working conditions. Apply a thin layer of suitable lubricant to the sealing lip and outer surface of the rubber ring, and place the rubber ring during installation.

Install rubber ring

Insert and position the rubber ring onto the pipe end, making sure the rubber ring does not hang over the pipe end.
