Excellent Low Temperature Flexibility DOA Plasticizer Anti-Cracking PVC Raw Material

DOA (Dioctyl Adipate) Plasticizer

CAS: 103-23-1

Molecular Formula: C₂₂H₄₂O₄

Molecular Weight: 370.58

DOA is a high-performance cold-resistant plasticizer known for its high speed-up efficiency and minimal color change during heating. It provides products with excellent low-temperature flexibility, light resistance, and superior texture.

Key Benefits
  • Superior Cold Resistance: Maintains product flexibility in low-temperature environments
  • Processing Efficiency: High speed-up efficiency with excellent thermal stability
  • Versatile Compatibility: Ideal for use with main plasticizers such as DOP and DBP
  • Paste Stability: Ensures low initial viscosity and high viscosity stability when used as plasticizer paste
Application Guide

DOA serves as a typical cold-resistant plasticizer with high growth efficiency and minimal color change when heated, suitable for various tree esters including polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride copolymers, polystyrene, and synthetic rubber.

Provides products with excellent low-temperature flexibility, softness, light resistance, and superior hand feel.

Commonly used with DOP and DBP main plasticizers in cold-resistant agricultural films, frozen food packaging films, wire and cable coatings, artificial leather, boards, and outdoor water pipes.

When used for plasticized paste, offers low initial viscosity and excellent viscosity stability.

Note: DOA has high volatility and certain limitations in water resistance, migration, and electrical insulation properties.

Approved for use in food packaging materials in the United States, France, Italy, Japan, and the Netherlands.
