The BYD D1 is a purpose-built compact electric MPV co-developed by BYD and DiDi, engineered for ride-hailing, fleet and urban passenger transport. It pairs a 53.6 kWh Blade Battery with a 100 kW permanent-magnet motor for 418 km NEDC range, a roomy 2800 mm-wheelbase cabin and a right-side power sliding door for easy rear access.
