  • Permanent table warping: Lack of aging treatment / Prolonged excessive heavy loading / Prolonged localized high-temperature welding
Note: Welding causes instantaneous thermal expansion followed by contraction during cooling; if the surface fails to return to its original flatness after cooling, it indicates that the base plate has undergone permanent plastic deformation.
