Precise Drilled D28 3D Grid Modular Steel Welding Work Table features fully precise CNC drilled grid holes, forming a complete 3-dimensional positioning system on the tabletop and four vertical side walls. Different from traditional single-plane welding jigs, this all-grid steel platform supports X/Y/Z multi-angle clamping, drastically cutting fixture manufacturing and workpiece positioning time.

Made of thick Q355 high-strength structural steel with complete stress relief annealing, the table delivers ultra-high flatness and outstanding impact resistance. The nitrided surface repels welding spatter, avoids rust and abrasion, maintaining long-term precision for mass production, custom metal fabrication and robotic welding lines.

• Precision CNC-Machined D28 Hole Pattern: Features a standard Φ28mm hole pattern with a bore tolerance of ±0.02mm and a 100×100mm grid spacing (tolerance ±0.05mm). Laser-engraved X/Y coordinate scales along the edges allow for quick measurements without additional tools.
• 5-Sided 3D Positioning Design: The top surface and all four side faces feature the D28 hole pattern, enabling vertical, angled, and cantilevered clamping of complex frames, housings, and irregular metal parts—eliminating the need for custom, one-off fixtures.
