The ACEY-SP1200 Prismatic Battery Cell Stacking Extruder is designed for stacking, extruding, and bundling prismatic lithium battery cells. It employs a servo motor, screw module, and planetary reducer for the stacking and extrusion process, with pressure controlled by a dedicated pressure controller, achieving a stacking thrust of over 500 kg. The system is user-friendly and enables real-time control of stacking stroke and pressure. It features triple protection--software limits, hardware limits, and pressure limits--which prevents over-extrusion of cells and ensures high precision in extrusion control.
- The operator manually places end plates, insulation plates, and individual battery cells in sequence onto the stacking platform.
- After stacking is completed, the pressing start button is activated. The control system monitors the pressure sensor signal and drives the electric cylinder to perform automatic compression.
- When the preset pressing force or stroke distance is reached, the system automatically stops the pressing action.
- The operator manually straps the upper and lower steel bands to secure the formed battery module.
- After strapping is completed, the return button is pressed, and the electric cylinder releases the pressure and automatically returns to the standby position.
- The stacking, pressing, and strapping process is now complete.
