The ACEY-AS5SP lithium battery sorting machine is designed for grading and matching cylindrical cells, including models such as 14650, 18650, 21700, 26650, and 32700. Its control architecture integrates an industrial PC, motion controller, high-precision servo motors, and a highly accurate battery internal resistance tester, delivering excellent precision, strong adaptability, and fast operational speeds.
Compared to conventional PLC and touchscreen systems, this design provides significant advantages in production report generation, communication and interoperability with other equipment, model changeover, and production parameter tuning.
