Product Overview
The XHT3085 integrated sand washing machine combines washing, recycling, and dehydration functions in a single compact unit. Wheel sand washer capacity varies by model and design specifications, with industrial-grade units processing from tens to hundreds of tons per hour depending on application requirements.
Working Principle
The sand-water mixture enters the cleaning tank where the impeller separator separates components before proceeding to the dewatering screen. Overflow water containing fine sand, mud, and impurities is pumped to a high-pressure separator. Concentrated fine sand is discharged onto the dewatering screen while wastewater and impurities are expelled through the overflow outlet. The rotating impeller creates friction and agitation to effectively scrub and clean materials, separating contaminants from sand or crushed ores.

This integrated machine features both sand washing and fine sand recovery sections. The washing section performs washing, dewatering, and desliming functions similar to wheel-type sand washers, while the recovery section can be customized with standard fine sand recovery systems or dewatering-type recovery machines to meet specific output requirements.
