HDPIR is a foaming polymer that combines properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it undergoes high-speed stirring to form a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells. This results in superior performance with high density, low thermal conductivity, and minimal water absorption - outperforming traditional timber insulation.

Packing and Storage

Store in dry, lightproof, shady, and ventilated conditions away from heat sources and protected from sun exposure
Products are assembled with pipe supports in our workshop, then wrapped in anti-UV polythene film and packed in wooden cases
