Product Description
Pump Extraction Type Clarifier Scraper with Adjustable Sludge Discharge Control
This advanced sludge scraper system features pump extraction technology with adjustable sludge discharge volume control for efficient wastewater treatment operations.
Blade Construction & Materials
The scraper blade is constructed from high-wear-resistant rubber or stainless steel. Rubber blades provide excellent flexibility for close tank bottom contact, while stainless steel blades deliver superior corrosion resistance in harsh environments.
Operation Process
Wastewater enters through the central inlet pipe, disperses via the steady flow cylinder, and flows radially toward the tank periphery. Suspended sludge settles and is systematically scraped from the tank bottom. The drive unit rotates the working bridge along the tank periphery while moving the scraping arm and sludge scraping plate. Collected sludge is suctioned into the sludge cylinder and discharged through the central pipe.
