Can you provide samples?

Yes, we require sample costs which will be returned when proceeding to mass production. If a mold is needed, we charge the mold fee upfront, after which the mold belongs to the customer.

How do you handle quality issues?

All products undergo QC inspection before delivery. In the rare case of non-conformance, contact us immediately with photos. We will address the issue promptly, with resulting transportation costs borne by our company.
