static mixing vacuum pouring system

The static mixing vacuum pouring system can be used for both current and voltage transformer vacuum pouring and APG pouring production. The system adopts two schemes: fully automatic vacuum online batching or fully automatic vacuum batch batching. After the raw materials are configured into A/B components, they are directly injected into the pouring tank mold according to the ratio through a metering pump, or directly injected into the pressure forming machine mold.

The system adopts formulaic management, which can store corresponding formulas according to different molds. It can be customized for customers based on their production capacity, material formulas, and production processes to meet their personalized needs and achieve automated and intelligent production.

Process characteristics:

Vacuum casting equipment, fully automatic feeding and material preparation, using servo drive and controlled by servo axis control system. Metal static mixing involves directly injecting materials into the pouring tank mold according to the ratio. The pouring tank adopts dual servo rotating pouring arms to achieve fully automatic and rapid positioning pouring, reducing the size of the pouring box, saving resources, and improving equipment production efficiency.
