TSXP4720 Schneider Relay Module
The TSXP4720 power module has a wide frequency range (0.0~600Hz) and power range (0.75~400KW, plastic models 0.75~5.5KW), supporting three control modes: sensorless vector control (SVC), V/F control, and torque control. It has high torque, wide speed regulation driving characteristics, and anti trip performance, with high product reliability. It has flexible input and output terminals, including 8 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs, 1 relay output, and 2 open collector outputs. It supports multi-stage operation and practical PID function, and also has the function of instantaneous power outage without stopping. This module is equipped with AVR function, which can automatically maintain a constant output voltage when the grid voltage changes, and has functions such as FDT level detection, overvoltage stall current limiting, power outage and shutdown parameter storage selection. In addition, it also has an RS485 communication interface and adopts the standard ModBus industrial control bus protocol, supporting various functions such as textile swing frequency control, magnetic flux braking, analog combination speed regulation, etc. It uses common DC bus technology to achieve the conversion of renewable energy and electric energy, thereby achieving energy-saving operation. Its speed tracking restart function can achieve smooth start of rotating motors without impact. The automatic carrier frequency adjustment technology, motor monotonic adjustment technology, and electromagnetic compatibility design meet the environmental requirements of low noise and low electromagnetic interference. TSXP4720 also provides more than 20 types of fault protection, which can effectively protect the local machine or motor in a timely manner when a fault occurs.
