The Tongchen PTFE fully automatic servo paper folding production line is specially designed for processing high-performance filter materials. Its core configurations include an automatic paper feeding rack, pre-slitting and paper feeding machine, automatic counter, and high-precision filter paper folding machine. Equipped with a servo control system, it allows flexible adjustment of paper feeding speed, suitable for materials like PTFE membranes and filter paper with a width of up to 800mm, meeting diverse production needs of air filter elements, liquid filter materials, etc.

Its intelligent slitting technology ensures material size error within ±0.1mm, with high and uniform folding accuracy, significantly enhancing the filtration efficiency and structural strength of filter elements. Applicable to the pre-treatment process of filter materials in filter manufacturing enterprises, environmental protection equipment manufacturers, and mask manufacturers, the entire process from raw material unwinding to folding and shaping is fully automated.
