Products Description

This equipment is specially designed for the production line of glass fiber non-pleated high-efficiency filters (HEPA/ULPA), integrating a servo-driven folding system and intelligent forming technology to achieve high-precision folding and forming of glass fiber filter paper. In view of the brittle nature of fiberglass materials, a flexible pleating mechanism and diamond-coated tools are adopted to ensure uniform pleating without damage. Combined with the subsequent gluing process, the core filter layer of the filter element is formed. The equipment supports free adjustment of the pleat height from 5 to 70mm and is suitable for glass fiber materials with a thickness of 0.1 to 1mm. It is a core equipment for high-end filtration scenarios such as medical clean rooms and semiconductor wafer factories.
