Working Principle
Sponge is placed in a sealed chamber where a combustible gas mixture is introduced. Ignition generates high-temperature, high-pressure airflow that travels through the sponge at supersonic speeds, melting the closed-cell membrane. This process causes the membrane to adhere to the sponge's network structure, thickening the network and eliminating closed-cell membranes to create filter-like sponge material.
