High Efficiency Curing Agent for Silicone Rubber Processing
KLB the Anti-yellow and Low-smelling Vulcanizing Agent Product Description C-15 serves as a curing agent for HTV silicone rubber in compression moulding applications. Silicone cured with C-15 is non-toxic, resists yellowing well, and produces no unpleasant odour. The raw silicone must be cured at a high temperature of 170–175°C. Processing: Curing temperature: 175°C. Mixing ratio relative to silicone rubber: 0.8–1.2%. The agent must be added in multiple small portions.

Product Description
C-15 serves as a curing agent for HTV silicone rubber in compression moulding applications. Silicone cured with C-15 is non-toxic, resists yellowing well, and produces no unpleasant odour. The raw silicone must be cured at a high temperature of 170–175°C.
Curing temperature: 175°C. Mixing ratio relative to silicone rubber: 0.8–1.2%. The agent must be added in multiple small portions. Otherwise, reduced electrostatic sparks and roller overheating may cause the material to burn during mixing. Any fire can be extinguished with a foam extinguisher.
