Flexible graphite products include sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. Manufactured through chemical intercalation and thermal exfoliation of natural flake graphite, these materials form vermicular structures with ~0.003g/cm³ density. The binder-free expanded graphite is rolled into coils, offering:
