Flexible graphite materials encompass sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. These products are manufactured by chemically treating natural graphite flakes followed by high-temperature exfoliation, forming vermicular graphite structures with approximately 0.003g/cm³ density. The binder-free expanded graphite is calendared into rolls, offering:
