Product Description

This high-performance additive package, engineered for energy-conserving engine oils, utilizes a formulation of premium detergents, ashless dispersants, long-chain ZDDP, and other advanced agents. It is specifically designed to meet ILSAC GF series and API SM/SN standards, delivering exceptional anti-wear, friction reduction, and cleaning performance. It also aids in extending component life, reducing emissions, and prolonging oil drain intervals. 

Scope of Application and Recommended Dosage

Compatible with API Group I-IV base oils, it is used for blending ACEA A3/B4 grades at recommended treat rates of 7.5% for SM, 7.8% for SN/CF-5, and 10.5% (with an additional 0.25% BSD-WT355) for ACEA A3B4.

Packaging and Acceptance

• This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.

• Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.

Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must beclearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
