Bath Preparation
Color paste : Emulsion : Deionized water = 1:4:5 (by weight). Add appropriate additives and neutralizing agents to adjust the parameters. Let the mixture age for 48 hours, then filter and apply.
Application Process
Pre-degreasing → Degreasing → Water Rinse → Surface Conditioning → Phosphating → Water Rinse → Pure Water Rinse → Electrophoresis → Post-rinse → Drying (Also suitable for silane or ceramic pretreatment processes)
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging
Emulsion: 50 kg/barrel, 200 kg/barrel, 1000-liter plastic IBC barrel (1000 kg/barrel)
Color paste: 50 kg/barrel, 65 kg/barrel - Storage Conditions
Store sealed in a cool, dry place at 5–35°C - Shelf Life
Emulsion: 6 months
Color paste: 6 months (If past the shelf life, the product can still be used if it passes quality inspection based on relevant standards.)

- This product is not listed in the "GB6944 Classification and Code of Dangerous Goods."
- Ensure proper ventilation during application.
- Avoid contact with eyes or ingestion.
