This advanced system accommodates three different sensor sizes with a servo-driven custom dial achieving a 10-second cycle time.

The integrated system features barcode reading, vision-guided robotic component loading, comprehensive vision inspection, and servo press integration. Designed for flexibility, the system allows quick changeovers between different sensor sizes.

The equipment comprises three specialized assembly stations:
