Product Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube is a technology product used for mixing various fluids, primarily for complete mixing of A and B components of two-component adhesives. The spiral rod inside the mixing tube consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly and assembled in sequence within the casing.
When fluid passes through the mixing tube, it is continuously divided and recombined under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force - from two to four, four to eight, and so on - achieving uniform automatic mixing. This eliminates difficulties and quality problems associated with manual operations.
The system requires no external power, utilizing only the fluid's own motion through continuous cutting and overlapping lamination phenomena to transform two materials into a uniform mixing wave, achieving optimal mixing results.
Applications include electronics manufacturing, civil engineering and construction, automobile manufacturing, gift decoration, and various two-component adhesives and fillers (including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, UV).
