The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through, it undergoes continuous cutting and recombination through division (two into four, four into eight) under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
