II. Production process

3. Forming and calender: The melt is formed into sheet in the mold, and then the surface is polished by a three-roll calender to improve the optical and mechanical properties of the sheet.

4. Cooling and dressing: After the sheet is cooled by the cooling rack, trimming is carried out to ensure the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality of the sheet.

5. Laminating and winding: Some production lines are also equipped with a laminating and winding mechanism to protect the sheet and roll into a roll, which is convenient for subsequent processing and transportation.
