The PET Zig Zag Mechanical Air Classifier Machine is an industrial-grade air separation system designed specifically for removing PVC labels and other lightweight contaminants from plastic recycling streams. This advanced classifier efficiently separates plastic flakes from labels and dust particles in plastic washing and recycling operations.
Air is blown through the separation channel from bottom to top. Lightweight materials such as labels and dust are carried upward by the airflow into the cyclone and through the rotary sack for collection. Heavy plastic flakes cannot be carried by the airflow and fall through the separator base for discharge.
