How to exchange the Graphite vane :

Step1:

Before installing and replacing the carbon vane, need clean the wall of the air pump cylinder without any redidue

Step 2:

Check whether the cylinder wall is worn (Note: encountering bad carbon vanes will damage the clyinder wall )

Step 3:

When install the carbon vane , pay attention not to install the chamfering direction in the opposite direction. Otherwise the carbon vane will be broken easily.
