The mud-stone separator is mechanical device for separating mud and stone,to efficiently separate different components, thereby improving the utilization rate and environmental protection of the material. Working principle of mud rock separator:
Separator uses mechanical principles of gravity, inertia and vibration inside the equipment to separate the soil and stones. Specifically, the net inside the equipment will vibrate continuously, causing the soil and stones in raw materials to collide and rub continuously. Due to different densities and weights of soil and stones,soil and stones will gradually separate under action of vibration.Collection trough is set under net to collect the separated soil and stones separately,vibration generated by the vibrator is used to make the materials jump on the screen, thereby realizing the separation and screening of materials. When materials pass through the screen, large pieces of materials and small particles of materials will fall into different areas respectively, thereby realizing the grading and screening of materials.
