1. Brief Introduction
Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter(HVBF)is a kind of hi-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment. With the supporting of vacuum box, the rubber belt is slipping on the vacuum box, which a sealing movement structure is formed between vacuum box and belt. The solid-liquid separation is achieved by a negative vacuum pressure.
2. Structure of Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter
The filtrate section is along the horizontal direction of the horizontal vacuum belt filter, it can continuously achieves a serious technical processes of filtration, cake washing, discharging, filter washing, etc.. The mother liquid and cake washing liquid can be collected by different cavities.

Vacuum box is assembled by sections, each section is connected with filtrate pipe to form a vacuum filtrate collecting system. With a lifting device of vacuum box, it is more convenience for wear belt replacement. |

Adopt cylinder or bellows to adjust the tracking of cloth automatically by switching the tracking angles. It can ensure the normal operation of cloth. |

By adjusting the tension of rubber belt to ensure the friction force of belt and no tracking happened. |
