Valve Head Cutting Machine for Engine Valve Manufacturing

The machine is for valve head cutting in the process of engine valve manufacturing.

Performance of Valve Head Cutting Machine 

          1. The valves shall be automatically loaded into the grinding position for processing and will be automatically unloaded before the next cycle begins

1. 2. The mechanical system for the machine will be complete and shall include the following components:
   1. Automatic lubrication systems shall include a level sensing switch, if lubrication is required.
   2. Covers  provided to prevent contamination to motors and slides.
   3. All pneumatics and hydraulics complete and include two spare directional valves for future use. The valves shall be 2-position, 4-way valves.
   4. Part counters  included to count total parts per day and a running total for the current production order.
   5. Easy access  permitted to all adjustments and frequent machine service points.
   6. All guards, covers, doors, etc…  secured with tamper resistant hardware such as socket cap screws. Points of access using quick-release devices such as clamps, knobs, and doors shall contain a latching interlock to prevent opening until all motion has stopped.
   7. Leveling bolts, anti-vibration pads and/or anchors are to be included with the machine.
   8. The main operator station shall be positioned on the right side of the machine while facing it.
   9. The machine  fully enclosed to allow for capture of smoke, sparks and debris.
